ChartWyz provides historical backtesting data, technical analysis education, and portfolio tracking tools. Nothing on ChartWyz is financial, investment, or trading advice. Past setup performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid tiers (Starter, Pro) are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe until canceled. You can cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to scrape, resell, or redistribute ChartWyz data or setup logic without permission.

ChartWyz is provided “as is.” Market data is sourced from third parties (Kraken) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartWyz is not liable for trading losses or other damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
